We are delighted to share that we now have completed our first acquisition of 2024. Rak Inspection Services has joined BES Group to enhance our inspection and consultancy solutions and is a great addition to our business.
Rak specialise in inspection services to ensure compliance with statutory legislation such as the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR), Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 2015 (COMAH), Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER) and the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) regulations. With a significant presence in the petrochemical, industrial gases, utilities and chemical sectors, they will be a great fit for our growing Group.
Their team of more than 40 people include some of the most skilled and experienced Inspection Engineers across the UK. As part of BES Group, they will continue to support their customers, which includes organisations such as Shell, Esso, BP and National Grid etc, with the very best risk management solutions.
