Our engineer’s first step will be to inspect the rotating machinery in order to identify any potential problems. This includes checking for misalignment, loose components, and other issues that could affect the alignment.

Once the potential problems have been identified, the next step is to measure the misalignment using a laser alignment tool. This will allow our engineer to determine the exact amount of misalignment and the location of the problem.

Once the misalignment has been measured, our engineer can then correct the problem. This may involve adjusting the couplings, adding or removing weights, or making other repairs.

After the correction has been made, our engineer will re-measure the misalignment to ensure that it has been corrected.

Our engineer will then generate a report that documents the inspection, measurement, correction, and re-measurement. This report will be provided to you for records.
