We’re focused on ensuring we support our customers with a diverse, highly skilled team.
Attracting more females to our traditionally male dominated industry is something we continue to make good progress with, promoting the importance of the Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC) sector to all. Our gender diversity and gender pay gap objectives are aligned with our wider ESG strategy as we focus on moving this further.

Safety and well-being
The safety and well-being of both our people and our customers is our number one priority. From dedicated training to the very best kit and equipment, we make sure our people can support our customers with very best service while remaining safe every step of the way.
When it comes to mental health and well-being, our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides our people with valuable support and is something we actively promote. We also run regular safety and well-being focused campaigns, providing useful guidance on topics such as behavioural safety and self-care.

Giving back
Our team is made up of some of the most charitable people and we’re delighted to support their fundraising activity with our internal charity scheme.
As a result of this initiative, we donate to a number of charities every month, including Macmillan, Alzheimer’s Society, Bradley Lowry Foundation, Ebi Foundation, Action Medical Research for Children, Diabetes UK and more. On top of this, we’re pleased to offer sponsorship to local teams and community projects where our people are directly involved.
Not only do we provide support to charities with company donations, but we’re also delighted to give our people the opportunity to volunteer at great causes every year.
