Following on from this, we’re delighted to share that we have welcomed our first additional statutory inspection company to the BES Group. Engineering Safety Inspection Services (ESIS) has joined us from Aquatronic Group Management (AGM), who were acquired by Stuart Turner earlier this year. The private equity backed Group is predominantly focused on providing pumps and water-based products for their customers, making the sale of ESIS, the machinery and pressure engineering inspection division, to the BES Group, a sensible and exciting decision.
The ESIS team is made up of more than 20 people, all focused on delivering the very best service for their customers. Their skillset and expertise make them a great fit for our Group, enhancing our growing team of Engineer Surveyors and reinforcing the ongoing importance of our Inspection Division.
We’re extremely pleased to be continuing our acquisition journey by welcoming a great team to the BES Group. Their commitment to ensuring their customers are safe and legally compliant is important to us and we’re delighted to have them on board.
