Calling all service leavers…
We’re proud to have built on our already solid foundations so far this year, launching our very own open days at our leading training centre, continuing our work with Careers Transition Partnership (CTP) and signing the Armed Forces Covenant.
In the last few weeks alone, we’ve spent time at the Northwest Armed Forces and Cadets careers event in Liverpool and the RAJA Career & Employment Support Event at Catterick Garrison and we’ll be at The Forces Transition Group (FTG) Live careers event at Wetherby Racecourse on 22nd October!
Taking the time to attend recruitment events gives us the opportunity to chat in person to service leavers interested in what we do and wanting to learn more about both our company and the wider testing, inspection, certification and compliance industry. Not only does this help ensure we’re attracting some of the very best people to our team, but it helps promote our all-important industry amongst a highly skilled group.
Our open days
After opening the doors of our training centre to the service leaver population for the very first time earlier this year, we made the decision to make this a frequent occurrence.
Our 25,000sq ft, one-of-a-kind facility is home to a huge range of machinery and equipment giving our trainees access to much of what they need to complete their training in a dedicated space. Our training centre tours give visitors a useful insight into what the day of an Engineer Surveyor looks like and are always really well received!
